Today's guest is only 11 years old but she speaks like a tried and true warrior. As an avid gymnast and obstacle racer she talks about how she balances four hour practices. She is going to compete in a 12hr obstacle race and shares some great training tips for specific obstacles. We love the candor of how she tells us how she reacted when she wanted to quit during her races. If you have young athletes at home this may be a great one to share with them!
