Training in order to make it through an endurance event is a given. To come to The Iron having not adequately prepared is not only unwise, but foolish. Like the old adage goes, Fail to prepare, and you prepare to fail.
But what if your training isn't for a spike, skull, patch or other trinket? What if it's a case of saving your life. What if your job relied on you staying in such a state of physical and mental readiness, that if you didn't, you run the very real risk of actually dying?
Kyoul Cha knows what this means. Having worked as an elite "Hotshot" firefighter, training wasn't just to stay in shape. It was to stay alive. SISU:RADIO is a part of the Athlete On Fire Network.
