Today I bring you Tom Rowland. Tom is a fisherman by trade. He’s developed a vast media empire from scratch. He’s started and hosted multiple outdoor television shows including one on ESPN, NBC Sports and The Sportsman’s Channel and . He started as a fishing guide in Montana, Wyoming and Idaho and continued as a guide in Key West, FL with no prior experience and eventually won the ESPN Great Outdoor Games. He’s also a successful CrossFit athlete and completed SealFit Kokoro, developed by Navy Seal Mark Divine, who was my guest on episode 45.
Tom credits his background as a wrestler for his business and personal success.

A Professor at NYU and columnist for Inc., he holds five Ivy-League degrees, including a PhD in Astrophysics as well as  an MBA, both from Columbia University, where he studied under a Nobel Laureate. He holds six patents.He leads seminars in Leadership, Creativity, Sales, Strategy, and Motivation at institutions including Columbia Business School, Harvard, Princeton, Columbia and MIT.

His coaching clients include start-up founders as well as employees of Citigroup, American Express, Google, Yahoo!, Sony, IBM, ExxonMobil, the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Army, and many others. He has been quoted and profiled by ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, The Wall Street Journal and others.

He’s completed 6 marathons and competed at the world level in Ultimate Frisbee.

On this episode, Tristan James.  At only 20 years old, Tristan has become an expert in human motivation with endorsements by Pastor Joel Osteen and Mike Tyson. He is a best-selling author and nationally recognized motivational speaker, and international life coach being called the "next Tony Robbins." While he played soccer in high school, Tristan won 7 state championships in forensics and debate. He was also the recipient of the Boys and Girls Club Youth of the Year award in 2014 as well as Student of The Year from the National Speech and Debate Association.

Today I bring you Nick DiNardo. Nick is an entrepreneur, consultant, and public speaker focused on adversity, personal growth, and education. Throughout his career, he has interviewed hundreds of experts from multiple disciplines on overcoming adversity, dealing with trauma and stress, and the crucial role that it plays in our cognitive development and education.   


Nick has dealt with adversity his entire life.  At seven years old, Nick's family went from living the American Dream to a foreclosed home, divorce, and mental illness.  He spent a year sleeping on the floor of a one room apartment and sharing a kitchen with 17 people.

Today I bring you James Leath. James joined IMG Academy in 2015 as Head of Leadership Development. James develops and delivers curriculum for IMG Academy student-athletes across eight sports and presents to visiting teams, companies, and professional athletes.
Leadership lessons consist of communication skills, personal and group leadership, developing identity, and building team culture. James attended Fresno State University where he received his B.A. in Communication. During college, when he wasn't playing football, he was best known for being the beloved mascot of Fresno State, Time Out. After graduation, James went on to play quarterback for a semi-pro team in Fresno, CA. Drew Manning is the NY Times Best Selling Author of the book, Fit2Fat2Fit.  He is best known for his experiment that took the media by storm when his story went viral online.  He has been featured on shows such as Dr. Oz, Good Morning America, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The View and many more.  He is a certified personal trainer through NASM and through his Fit2Fat2Fit journey has inspired thousands across the world to embrace a healthier lifestyle change through some dramatic self experimentations!  His experiment has now turned into a hit TV show, called Fit to Fat to Fit, airing on Tuesday nights at 10/9c on A&E.
